Just wanted to let you know that Matt was awesome. He arrived on time, was courteous and found our problem and fixed it. I appreciated that he didn’t try to upsell us on anything, and all our furnace needed was a sensor cleaned. I honestly don’t think I can recall anyone that had anything serviced that didn’t have to buy some expensive part. During these times of high prices, we can honestly say that what we were charged was beyond fair. I was really happy when I called, your company was able to get me scheduled within a few hours, and with 16 degree temperatures, that was very impressive. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone that would need any heating or cooling issue resolved.

My wife posted on our local Facebook page looking for a part for our furnace, this company commented so I gave them a chance. I seen their 5 star reviews and was almost hesitant becasue there were no bad reviews at all. Once we dealt with them I can see why there were no bad reviews. This company is run by people who actually care and know their stuff. Matt came out and did a diagnostics on my furnace which was with the house I bought a bit over three years ago. The furnace is almost old enough to drink at this point but rather just quote a new one he took the time to look it over and find out it just needed a part to keep it going. I would highly recommend them to anyone and dont plan on dealing with any other companies with future needs myself becasue how great my experience was with them.
