I came across this company and have been thoroughly surprised. They have amazing customer service. They know my first name as soon as I message them always flexible. If I have to change my appointment my technician has been the same for both service appointments. He is so knowledgeable and understanding with all my questions thankful to find you guys.
These guys did a great job of removing my oil furnace and installing a 97% gas furnace. The job took alittle long but there was no rush needed. Overall I would recommend them to anybody. After this winter, I am looking forward to being in touch with these to replace my a/c unit.

Great work fast and kind gentleman
We engaged Lakeshore H & C to install a new furnace and A/C unit. They were professional from the quote thru the install. They took the time to explain what they would do and why. They removed the old unit, laid drop cloths every where and vacuumed the work area when done.
We had problems with our furnace and the first two companies that quoted the fix wanted to sell us a new furnace. Lakeshore told us that were still in good shape and should last for a few more years, at least. They fixed it promptly and inexpensively and everybody is happy.
Matt was very prompt, friendly and professional. He was knowledgeable on my boiler system and answered all my questions. His prices are fair and the products are top notch. I would recommend his services to others. 9/19/25 We are very fortunate to have found Matt and his team at Lakeshore Heating and Cooling. This year they serviced our mini split units. The work performed was done with knowledge and attention to detail. The units are now like new. Matt and his team are always professional and courteous, and with the level of work that was entailed it was very reasonably priced.
