I have worked with many trades people and contractors over the years. They displayed a high regard for safety with working in the unit and on the 5 story roof top. Their knowledge led to the quick and efficient troubleshooting of the issues with resolution. The staff had superb communication using the latest technology in messaging and service location of technician with an uber like app sent through text. I would highly recommend this team. Thanks

Matt has come out personally for me and my family after hours for heating emergencies without any complaints or objections and was very fairly priced.
I used Lakeshore to disconnect (and eventually reconnect) my AC because I was having some concrete work done on my patio. I needed a company quickly (less than a week notice), and the team at Lakeshore said they would make it happen. And they did. The price was very fair. The communication from Garrison was great to schedule both services. Matt, the technician, was kind, informative, and on time. Matt worked a late evening (in the dark) to ensure my unit was removed in time, and on a Saturday to make sure it was reinstalled prior to a heat wave. I was a new customer but I felt like I was treated like a family friend. I will definitely be using them in the future for my HVAC needs.
