I appreciated that he didn’t try to upsell us on anything, and all our furnace needed was a sensor cleaned. I honestly don’t think I can recall anyone that had anything serviced that didn’t have to buy some expensive part. During these times of high prices, we can honestly say that what we were charged was beyond fair. I was really happy when I called, your company was able to get me scheduled within a few hours, and with 16 degree temperatures, that was very impressive. This company is run by people who actually care and know their stuff. Matt came out and did a diagnostics on my furnace which was with the house I bought a bit over three years ago. The furnace is almost old enough to drink at this point but rather just quote a new one he took the time to look it over and find out it just needed a part to keep it going.
