He offered us different options and prices immediately, and had a scheduled date for a new furnace/ac install the very next day. The entire team was excellent. Matt Smith and Matt Bucher was absolutely brilliant. Matt B did such an incredible job at solving and fixing the problems that happened with the boiler heat in the house. Had to replace the circulator as well as expansion tank and then fill boiler and bleed air. Work was done in a very timely manner and I appreciate that even at the end Matt Smith the owner came and they cared about us and discounted the price to help us. I highly recommend Lakeshore Heating &Cooling for anything you might need when it comes to furnace repairs. Their entire staff is wonderful to work with. Thank you Matt and Matt for everything.
