Problem recurred yesterday, 11/16/25. Matt B was able to come out within an hour of my a.m. call today. He quickly remedied the problem, diagnosed and showed pictures of the cause, recommended and estimated the cost of remediation against future recurrences and provided said information for my future consideration. A very personable and knowledgeable representative of this company. I'll definitely continue to hire Lakeshore and recommend them to others.
