Very timely response to my request website request for a service maintenance agreement. Scheduled an appointment to service furnace as part of that agreement right away and within a week. Matt arrived, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had everything up and running again in no time. His work was thorough, clean, and clearly done by someone who knows their stuff. But the real highlight? My cat — who fancies himself a master digger and supervisor — decided Matt was his new best friend. The customer service was top-notch from start to finish: friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and just plain cool people. Just wanted to let you know that Matt was awesome. He arrived on time, was courteous and found our problem and fixed it. I appreciated that he didn’t try to upsell us on anything, and all our furnace needed was a sensor cleaned. I honestly don’t think I can recall anyone that had anything serviced that didn’t have to buy some expensive part. During these times of high prices, we can honestly say that what we were charged was beyond fair. I was really happy when I called, your company was able to get me scheduled within a few hours, and with 16 degree temperatures, that was very impressive. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone that would need any heating or cooling issue resolved.
