I would highly recommend Lakeshore Heating and Cooling! I am so pleased with my experience. I had trouble with my air conditioner on a hot Saturday afternoon (8/16) in August, and I sent a text to the company at 6 PM. I received a reply text from Matt S. in less than 5 minutes and he was at my house by 6:20 - he had been in the area after finishing another call. He assessed the situation and replaced the part quickly. The capacitor needed replaced as the outside ac fan wasn't starting on its own. He left my house by 6:50. I'm super impressed with the call back, the attention to detail, and that I didn't have to worry about waiting until Monday. The pricing was reasonable and I even was able to apply a coupon I found on their website! Please do reach out to this company for any HVAC needs! As a teacher who doesn't have AC in their classroom starting back to school Monday, I am so grateful that this issue could be handled today, so that when I come home from school next week, I'll be comfortable at home! Thanks again!

Our A/C went out Saturday night and by Monday they sent a tech out to our house to fix the issue. Matt was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable! Definitely would recommend.
The technician Justin is a great worker he explained my new system to me in great detail and helped me feel comfortable with my purchase and the dispatcher Garrison was very helpful with scheduling me quickly and promptly

Installation of new part for HVAC unit. These guys really know what they are doing. They did such a great clean and professional job installing parts for our unit in the attic. They also called after a day to follow up and make sure everything was getting cooled properly. Very impressed with Matt and his team. Highly recommend their services. Also took advantage of 15 year financing.
Absolutely awesome crew. Will call them back in the Fall for attic fan install. Love my mini split!
